Invisible Nation Records – (11 April 2021)
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Invisible Nation Records’ music distribution services. By submitting music or creating an account, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Eligibility
Anyone may use our service to distribute music, provided they comply with all copyright and legal requirements.
2. Artist Responsibilities
Artists are responsible for:
• Owning or having full permission to distribute submitted content
• Ensuring metadata accuracy
• Avoiding copyright infringement
• Following platform and industry standards
• Respecting all distribution policies
Any legal or copyright issues arising from submitted content remain the sole responsibility of the artist.
3. Ownership and Copyright
Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their music.
However, once a release is submitted, it cannot be requested for takedown for 5 years from the submission date. After 5 years, takedown requests may be processed.
4. Copyright Violations
If an artist submits infringing or unauthorized material:
• Distribution privileges may be permanently revoked
• Future releases may be denied
• Existing releases may remain active until the 5 year term expires
5. Distribution Service
Invisible Nation Records distributes music to over 220+ digital platforms. More Details…
We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet quality, legal, or platform standards.
6. Fees and Commission
Music distribution is free of upfront charges.
Invisible Nation Records retains a commission between 20% and 40% of generated royalties, depending on the agreement or release structure.
7. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
• Copyright-infringing material
• Royalty-free samples used in violation of license terms
• AI-generated or third-party content uploaded without permission
• Impersonation or fraudulent artist identity
• Misleading metadata
• Illegal or unauthorized recordings
Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning.
8. Liability
Invisible Nation Records is not responsible for legal claims, copyright disputes, or damages resulting from artist-submitted content. Responsibility remains with the artist.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or industry standards.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
